When?

The Massive Cinema Challenges are underway and will continue throughout the end of time… in other words, there is something going on all the time. Bookmark this page and set your daily calendars to check the site as often as humanly possible. As always, it is FREE to enter, but limit your entries to one piece per challenge. These challenges have already caught the attention of National companies, so if you don’t want to miss out on winning some insanely cool stuff, let’s get rolling!

What is it?

The competition will be launched with a call for entries for shorts, animation or music videos of three minutes or less.

Massive Cinema is designed for aspiring filmmakers of all ages who may not have the tools or knowledge to produce a short movie. The competition is aimed at discovering and nurturing emerging talent locally, regionally and internationally

Industry professionals will judge the submissions and winners will be awarded prizes and instruction from several major corporations. All Bernalillo County residents are eligible to participate.

Finished works will be posted on the American Film Institute Website
